Good morning everyone, how have you been ? Spring has finally arrived here in Munich and I spent my whole weekend outdoors, soaking up as much sunshine as I possibly could ! This week’s Music Monday post features Lucius, a band I have recently discovered and just can’t get out of my head at the moment… Their music makes me just as happy as the sunny and warm weather outside and I just had to share it with you. Lucius, a new indie pop band from Brooklyn, New York has five members – singers Jess Wolfe and Holly Laessig and musicians Dan Molad, Peter Lalish and Andrew Burri. Together they create the most amazing, unique pieces and luckily for all of us their debut album Wildewoman will be released worldwide on March 31st !
This is my favorite Lucius song, called Turn It Around – if you like its vintage sound as much as I do and think that it can’t possibly get any better than this, then check out the amazing live version of it below…
The best news are yet to come – Lucius are kicking off their world tour March 12th and on April 10th I will be able to watch them play live right here in Munich – to say that I am excited would be the biggest understatement !!! Image may be NSFW.
